The .pdf file contains an updated description of the NREL 5MW baseline wind
turbine.  The .xls file contains the numerical values for all of the data in
the tables of the .pdf file.

The file DISCON.dll is the Bladed-style DLL containing the variable-speed
generator torque and blade pitch controller.  There is no yaw controller since
the simulations we are planning on running for the first phase will invoke
fixed yaw.  The source code for this DLL is contained in DISCON.f90 in case you
are interested in "peaking" inside--but you shouldn't have to change anything
in order to get it to run with FAST, ADAMS, Bladed, or FLEX5!

The .dat files contain numerical values for the airfoil coefficients.
